"David, recently delivered a brilliant one hour session as part of our department’s Wellbeing week. David’s tone, style and presentation was fun, well curated and thoroughly engaging. The session started with doodling an image using existing lines to prompt you, which allowed your mind to play and create. The good stuff came when we entered a writing flow, and finished off dabbling in creating poems and stories such as a Haiku and an Etheree. I came away from the therapeutic hour feeling incredibly calm, having had a welcome opportunity to empty my mind on paper. I didn’t know what to expect at the start of the session but I can confirm David delivered something unique, cheery and spirited with real mindful value and cosy good-for-the-soul vibes ."
